Booking a property

1.     View the property (quickest way is to knock to view)

If interested:

2.     Call into the office and provide us with your full names and telephone numbers

3.     Pay agency fees

4.     Pay the required deposit /retainer

5.     Complete the appropriate paperwork and provide the documents that are required by us

We can only guarantee the accommodation once all the steps have been followed, all the necessary documents have been received and cheques have been cleared.
Please note if you or any members in your group refuse the accommodation at a later date, you will forfeit the admin fee or any retainer/ deposit paid to the landlord.
