Our clients are not just another file number - many negotiators working for corporate agents with large property registers find it difficult to build up relations with clients. Staff have little knowledge of their clients’ properties and are expected to negotiate the best possible deal. At m-s estates, negotiations are personally handled by a senior member and in most cases by the individual who carried out the initial valuation and who is in the best position to understand our clients' requirements.
