This means high quality furniture/furnishings, a well-equipped (good quality white goods etc.) and fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/cutlery/mugs etc) and modern shower rooms. A fully stocked kitchen is unusual in these tenancies. As I said above: a home, not just a house.
The house is maintained to a high standard under my own supervision, and on handover they are in excellent, clean condition, including carpets professionally cleaned every time.
