The property features a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a separate washer and dryer. For communal relaxation, there is a TV in the living room. A note from the Landlord:
"My aim as a student landlady of 15+ years is to provide not just a house, but a 'home'. This means high quality furniture/furnishings, a well-equipped (good quality white goods etc.) and fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/cutlery/mugs etc) and modern shower rooms. A fully stocked kitchen is unusual in these tenancies. As I said above: a home, not just a house.
The house is maintained to a high standard under my own supervision, and on handover they are in excellent, clean condition, including carpets professionally cleaned every time.
I think it speaks volumes when tenants recommend my houses to friends and when younger siblings follow older siblings into my properties! My tenants happily settled is what matters." - Maria.
