MS Estates are honourable & trustworthy

MS Estates are honourable & trustworthy, being fair to me as a landlord and to prospective tenants. Their tenant finders fee is very reasonable, and they do not take admin fees from tenants who they know will fail the standard checks. I used to find my own tenants for my multiple properties myself, but have found leaving this to MS Estates to be cost effective and frees up a lot of my time. I’ve also bought 2 properties via MS Estates. On both occasions the properties were marketed at sensible prices, on acceptance of my offer, the properties were taken off the market, and I was able to complete the purchases without any of the games I’ve experienced with other agents.
